Knowledge Management
“Knowledge management is the process of capturing, distributing, and effectively using knowledge.”
The process of knowledge management under ILSP can be summarized as below:
- Identifying Knowledge Requirements and likely Sources who holds that knowledge
- Knowledge Capturing/ harnessing
- Knowledge Distillation, Evaluation and Analysis
- Knowledge Product Creation or Generation to suit project’s requirement
- Knowledge Sharing and Dissemination through various means and channels
- Using Knowledge as a Development and Policy Tools
In addition to the above, the ILSP portal facilitates the knowledge sharing among the project staff. It has a dedicated space to post queries, documents, learning etc and provision for other to learn and respond.
The Knowledge Partners and stakeholders comprises of the following:
- Community (PG/VPGs/ Federations/LCs)
- Federation/ LC staff
- Technical and VT Agencies
- State and District officials of ILSP
- Innovation Linkages Project Partners (line depts./ specialised agencies)IFAD and other IFAD projects
